I have removed myself from Facebook, Instagram, and currently Twitter. I'm also having trouble with my blog (hosted through WordPress) so that has slowed down as well.

However, the lack of community is massively affecting my desire to create content. I'm a little stuck on how to fix this problem, as I loved having a reason to write something meaningful and interesting. But currently, I don't need the distraction and general sh*t show that has become social media.

What I'm really looking for is a few small closed groups of interesting people, also interested in the things that I am interested in...An Un-social Media so to speak.

Any advice? Or ideas?

Yeah, I'd keep creating but move over to this platform. I love substack. I can do emails, blog posts, these threads and even podcast episodes, hosted here and sent via email list. I'm also seeing a lot of people on Telegram (your Dad is on ours) get on Telegram and let me know or click this link to join us. https://t.me/joinchat/G-0nw0kIwd1K_gIL

I did not leave Twitter but I did narrow focus my content a lot more. They'll have to remove me to shut me up. I have begun creating my gab.com presence though.

You needed to stay, you have a good message that needs to be heard. I'm trying Gab but if they don't get their serve issues cleared up and running, lots of folks are going to give up and that's a missed opportunity.

Yep, gab is irritating right now. I think folks are already giving up on it, I've heard of a lot of people going to mewe.

I’m staying away from the Twit for a while. I have not been on Facebook for months. I never feel good in there. I’m glad to have a new place to with a few familiar faces!!
