Be happy, it’s a choice
Your attitude will take you further than anything
You either can or can’t. You’re right
Eat the damn brownies
If a 3 year old hands you a toy phone, you answer it
Buy things from kids selling on their sidewalk
Be honorable
Be kind
Be punctual
Have a ‘no thank you’ helping of new foods
Write letters every now and then
Pet friendly dogs
Smell flowers
Journal
Exercise, for the right reasons
Don’t be a bully
Watch the sunrise when you can
Take the stairs
Volunteer somewhere
Do something bigger than yourself
Thank a Veteran
Learn how to make biscuits
Take off work early and play catch with your son
Take off work early and play tea party with your daughter
Vote if you feel so inclined
Focus on community, not politics
Learn to really breathe
You’re never too old to pump your arm to get a truck driver to blow his horn
Moon people more often
Dance naked (but in your house)
Sleep late every now and then
Learn to orient a compass and map
Learn to tie a bowline knot
Learn to walk on the street side when walking with a lady
Hold doors for people, even despite their objections
Let people into traffic
Wave thank you to people that let you into traffic
It’s OK to be sad every now and then
Smiling cures more ailments than pills
Sit in the sun and be still
Walk in the woods
Be more forgiving, faster
Leave places better than you found them, from campsites to this life
Be ready to die, but stay ready to live
You are likely smarter and stronger than you think
Read physical books
Go to your local public library, spend the day reading
Anything in moderation
Sing, don’t just mouth the words to the hymn
Dress up for no reason sometimes, it makes people wonder
Shine your shoes
Self respect is required for others to respect you
Integrity is a currency
Honor your ancestors
Your word should be your bond
