This will come off as gruff and harsh, but it comes from a place of love.
Try this.
Man the fuck up, pull you heads out of your asses and go out and do things.
Do a gratitude journal. Every morning and night, write 3 things you’re grateful for.
Journal everyday at the end of the day 3 things that went good.
Complement 3 people per day.
Make 3 people smile.
Walk at least 30 minutes.
Volunteer somewhere doing something bigger than yourself.
