Greetings Leaders! Welcome to the true ‘first’ week of 2024. Folks are fully back in school and work now, trees and decorations are coming down and we’re settling into our winter routines. But hey, the days truly are getting longer now, so we’re only 90 days or so to the Spring!
I want to share with you today the concept of Guardrails. Guardrails is something I’ve picked up from F3, and specifically Jamie Jones. I will share a link to one of his blog posts and let you enjoy them and think about them.
Jamie posts the Daily Guardrails to his audience every day. It’s a helpful collage of stories, videos, Scripture and thoughts on how we, as humans, need to understand our faults, weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and how understanding those actually makes us stronger and better leaders.
Yes, I know F3 is geared towards men only, and it is for a reason. please look past that if you need to and understand how these valuable lessons can and do apply to ALL leaders.
