Welcome to Wednesday, hopefully your week is hitting on all 8 cylinders. As we left on Monday…
Today, I’ll tell you the effects of stress are compounding and can turn chronic. Put like this, my doctor basically told me the story of Flight or Fight reaction gone wild in terms of a bear attack.
Your body will pump ‘go juice’ for a while to help you outrun the bear, but sooner or later your body will just give up, lay down and let the bear eat you. I was looking up at the bear.
I had allowed the pressures and stressors, real and self-induced, to build up to a point that my body was giving up. I was not sleeping more than 2 hours at a time, eating like crap and drinking waaaay too much. Exercise? Pshhhhh, please.
No kidding actual heart issues is what pushed me over the edge. Or as Queen put it…
Sheer heart attack
Sheer heart attack
Real cardiac
I feel so inar, inar, inar, inar, inar, inar, inar, inarticulate
Gotta feelin', gotta feelin', gotta feelin', like a paralyse
It ain't no, it ain't no, it ain't no, it ain't no surprise
A call to action? When your Doc tells you you’re committing slow motion suicide, you listen.
More to come later this week on Friday in the form of a video Part III. So hit this button and sign up and tell your friends…
Until then…
