Two numbers separated by a slash. A day this generation will forever compare to our parents’ “Where were you when you heard about Kennedy?” moment. We all remember. Some of us were too young, some too old. But we still remember.
Take a few minutes today and reflect. These are turbulent times. The country as divided as ever. Lots of hate, fear, mistrust and pure deception going on.
Think back to 9/12 and when we stood as one, one country, one grieving and pissed off team. We said we’d never forget.
Have we?
Chuck
Unfortunately I think we have forgotten. Unlike the rest of the world who still celebrates and remembers events of WW1 and older, we Americans tend to forget and move on rather quickly. A decade or two at most.
